The A'PEXi air filter is a dry-type air filter and is trouble free. Some of the problems associated with wet type air filters such as oil sticking to the air flow sensor and hindering performance are a thing of the past. Filter life has been tested to operate over 15,000 miles (25,000km) under normal street driving conditions.
